We require 48 hours notice for any lesson cancelations - failure to do so will result in your instructor charging for this lesson time.
Our hourly rate is £42.50. Our block hour lesson deals are heavily discounted at our discretion. If a refund is requested on any partly taken lesson blocks, all delivered hours are calculated at the full hourly rate of £42.50 and the discount no longer applies. Any remaining monies after this calculation will be refunded. Any unused hours resulting from a student passing their test will be refunded at the rate paid.
There are strictly no refunds issued for any intensive course bookings.

We accept payment by bank transfer only. These must be made at point of booking, no lessons will be booked without payment clearing our account. Any provisional bookings are made on the understanding that payment will be received within 24 hours, failure to do so will result in the provisional booking being removed from our diary.
Lessons begin from the agreed time. Any lateness on the students part is lost time, any lateness on the instructors part due to traffic conditions or delays in driving test start times will be made up where possible.
Your instructor will wait for 10 minutes only, after this time they will leave and the lesson will be charged as student not turned up.
Mechanical breakdown of any kind resulting in a lesson being cancelled by your instructor will be deemed unavoidable and your lesson will be re-scheduled.
Adverse weather conditions may at times mean your instructor needs to cancel your lesson at short notice for safety reasons.
Any time spent changing a wheel during a lesson due to a puncture while a student is driving will be taken out of the lesson time, no time will be added on at the end of the lesson.
Once a driving test has been booked, students must make time to take lessons at a similar time of day to the driving test to ensure they are used to the traffic conditions.
If we book a driving test for you we must accompany you to your test. If you decide any of the following: You no longer want to take lessons with us; you want to go alone in your own car; you disagree with our instructor if he/she says you are not ready for your test; you did not pass a mock test, then we will cancel your driving test. New rules set out by the dvsa do not allow us to book driving tests for students without accompanying them to the test booking.
Our instructors reserve the right to refuse the use of their vehicle for your practical test should they feel you do not have a reasonable chance of passing.
You will be given mock tests with us as you approach your test date. You will be expected to pass at least one mock test and display a high standard of unassisted driving. If you can not demonstrate a high standard of driving and/or do not pass a mock test then we will not be able to take you on your test and the test date will have to be rescheduled. If you disagree with us you have the right to book a test of your own and go to test with an alternative accompanying driver and we will cancel your test if we booked it (see point 13).
Your mock tests will be conducted under similar conditions to your booked test (time and day), this will be at least 7 days before your test.
We reserve the right to make decisions on your test up to and including the day of your test. If we feel that you do not have a reasonable chance of passing or are demonstrating that you are unable to drive without assistance we will not present you for your test. This will result in your test fee being lost and you will need to pay for a new test date should you wish to continue learning with us. Any time remaining for test day will also be lost.
In the unlikely event that your instructor is unable to take you to your practical test due to sickness or mechanical failure of any kind, we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued for your test fee.
In the event that your practical test is cancelled by the DVSA for any reason, your instructors time will still be charged. You are entitled to re-claim this and any other lost monies (i.e. wages) from the DVSA, who will also re-schedule your practical test at no extra charge.
If our instructors have any reason to suspect that you are under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances you will not receive your driving lesson and will be charged. No further lessons will be offered from us and no refunds will be issued.

After a first lesson, students will be expected to personally take responsibility and book all future lessons directly with their instructor.
Students mobile phones must be switched off during a lesson, if a phone goes off during a lesson then your instructor will stop the lesson and you will have to turn the phone off. This will result in lost time on your lesson and is not recoverable.
